Move money between the society's accounts

Steps

1. Open Books and select Move funds.
2. Choose From and To, enter the amount and a reason. Moving out of Reserve needs a board resolution document.
3. Check the review sheet and confirm it’s you.
4. A second officer approves it in Approvals.

What happens next

Both balances update and the movement is posted to the general ledger with your reason.
