Read your trial balance, balance sheet and income statement

Steps

1. Open Books → Statements.
2. Choose Trial balance, Balance sheet or Income statement.
3. Set the date (or period) and, if you like, compare with the previous period or the same period last year.
4. Filter by branch, show GL codes if needed, and download as PDF or CSV.

What happens next

Statements are built from the same ledger as member statements, so they always agree. A closed year shows “2026 is closed; entries can’t be posted inside it”.
