Record a deposit

Steps
- Open the member’s profile and select Deposit (or use New → Record deposit).
- Choose the account (for example Monthly deposits (BOSA)) and enter the amount and a narrative.
- Check the line under the amount, e.g. “This settles the August contribution of ₦10,000.00. Arrears after: ₦0.00.”
- Select Record and check the review sheet.
What happens next
The deposit appears on the member’s statement and in your deposit account straight away. At the counter, a receipt opens for printing.
Common problems
"This union is suspended and cannot accept new deposits; withdrawals continue"
New deposits are paused while your society is suspended. Contact support for details.
