Steps
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?.
- Enter the email you sign in with and select Send reset link.
- Open the email and choose a new password: at least 12 characters, with a letter and a number, and not one of your last 4.
- For a code that didn’t arrive, select Resend code, or Use email instead.
What happens next
Changing your password ends your other sessions. Sign in again with your new password.
Common problems
"This link has expired or has already been used. Request a new one."
Start again from Forgot password? to get a fresh link.
"Your account is locked"
After 5 unsuccessful attempts sign-in is locked for 30 minutes. Reset your password to unlock it now.
"Wait a moment before requesting another code."
Wait 30 seconds, then select Resend code.
